Our theme for this term is Integrity and our topic for today was on "Integrity."

 First we did an energiser which was called "Fruity tooty". Then we spoke about our learning intention which was about what a role model is. Finally we did an activity called "Role model charades" where we had to guess who the role model was from the action. 

We enjoyed Kiwican today and learnt a lot about making good choices.

Netball

Today Room 10 had Netball with Anne on the Glenbrae School court.

First we learnt how to pivot and turn. Then we learnt how to shoot. Finally we played a game.

We had fun at netball and also learnt a lot of new skills. Below are some photos to share our learning.

Kiwican: term 2, week 3

Our theme for this term is Integrity and our topic for today was on "Making good choices."

 First we did an energiser which was called "Clap on time". Then we spoke about our learning intention which was about the making of good/ bad choices. Finally we did an activity called "Dodge ball" where we had to dodge the ball when someone threw the ball.

 We enjoyed Kiwican today and learnt a lot about making good choices.

Netball

Today Room 10 had Netball on the Glenbrae School court. We first did a warm-up. Then we learnt some skills. Finally we played a game. We really enjoyed our Netball session.

Mural

Room 10 created a mural on paper. First we drew our picture an a piece of paper. Then we painted each layer of our picture in our house groups. We were very proud of our completed mural as it looked really beautiful. Below is an image of our mural.
